We book qualified sales calls. You pay only for the ones that show up.
We run your cold outreach end to end. We build the list, write the emails, send them, and handle every reply until a call is on your calendar.
For B2B companies where one new client is worth $10,000+
Referrals and inbound don’t turn up when you decide you want more.
Right now a client arrives when somebody remembers you, or somebody finds you. Both of those work. Neither has a dial on it.
Nothing in your business today reaches a company that has never heard your name. So the month is good or bad depending on who happened to call, you can’t forecast it, and when you decide you want to grow, all you can do is wait.
We run cold email outreach for you. We book qualified sales calls onto your calendar. You pay per call that is qualified and shows up. That is the entire arrangement.
You pay for one thing: a qualified prospect who turns up to a call on your calendar.
Nothing booked, nothing owed.
No show, no charge.
Not qualified, no charge.
Qualified means a real decision-maker, at a company that matches criteria we agree on and write down before we send a single email, who attends the call. Neither of us gets to move that line afterwards.
One thing you do cover: the tech. Domains, inboxes and data are billed to you at cost, because they get spent whether this works or not. We make nothing on it. Every dollar that reaches us is attached to a call that showed up.
Every outbound agency you have been pitched asks for money before the work has proved anything. Here the payment sits downstream of the outcome instead of upstream of the promise. That is the whole difference, and it is the only reason to take a call with us.
Four things we do. You approve two of them and then you wait for the calendar invite.
We build the list
We look at the companies already paying you and go find more of them: size, location, industry, job title. Every address is verified before it gets used, so the people we reach are people you can actually do business with.
Your criteria on top. Companies that miss one of them never get emailed.
The things people ask before they say yes.
01What counts as a qualified call?
A real decision-maker at a company matching the criteria we agree on before we start, who turns up. On the initial onboarding call, on Day 1 or 2, we write down the criteria together: company size, industry, location, and job title. You sign off on them before we send anything.
If a booked call misses any of them, it is not billable. The definition is fixed before the first email goes out, so there is nothing to argue about after.
02What if you book nothing?
Then we earn nothing. You are out the tech cost, which is the same money you would spend running this yourself, and not a dollar of our time is billable.
You keep the lead list. Every company and contact we researched, verified and enriched gets handed over, and you can take it anywhere or work it yourself. The email copy we wrote is yours to reuse too. The sending domains and inboxes stay with us. What carries deliverability is the warmup built up inside those inboxes, and that does not survive being moved to another account, so handing over the domain names on their own would give you a renewal bill and not much else.
That is why we turn down more businesses than we take on. We are betting our own months on your market responding, so we look hard at whether it will before we agree to start.
03Will this damage my domain or my reputation?
Not your domain, because we never send from it. We register separate domains that resemble yours and redirect them to your website, so anyone who checks lands in the right place. Every inbox is warmed for 14 days before it sends anything. If a sending domain ever gets burned we replace it; the address you use with clients and staff is never part of the pool.
As for reputation: the emails go out in your name, so you approve the copy before anything sends. If you would not want it in your inbox, it does not go in theirs.
04Will you email my existing customers?
No. Before anything sends you give us your do-not-contact list: current customers, live deals, anyone your team is already working. We block them by email address and by company domain, so the whole organisation is excluded rather than the one contact you named.
If you would rather not keep that up by hand, we sync it from your CRM or a shared sheet so anything new is blocked automatically. Once you hand it over the list is ours to maintain, and anyone who asks to be left alone goes on it the same day.
05Is cold email actually legal?
Yes, for business-to-business email in the US under CAN-SPAM, and in the UK and EU under the corresponding rules for business addresses. The requirements are real but they are not complicated: identify who is sending, use a genuine business address, and honour an opt-out.
We do all three on every send, and we suppress anyone who asks immediately. We are also not emailing info@ or support@ inboxes. We go to the named decision-maker, which is both the legal footing and the reason it works.
06Why cold email instead of ads?
Ads cost more money and less of your time. Cold email costs less money and more time, except the time is ours, not yours.
The practical difference is who you reach. With ads you wait for the right person to see it. With outreach you pick the exact companies you want and go to the named decision-maker directly. That is why the cost of acquiring a client through this channel is so much lower, and it is the whole reason the pay-per-call arrangement works at all.
07How long before calls start, and what do you need from me?
14 days to build and warm the sending setup. That wait is not padding. New domains that start blasting on day one get filtered permanently, and then nothing works. The first campaign launches on Day 14, and the first reply and deliverability data come in over the days that follow. Real sales conversations usually start within the first 30 days after launch.
That is slower than we would like to tell you. It is also the honest number, and the waiting costs you nothing beyond the tech, because our fee does not start until a call shows up. From you we need a short onboarding form, one onboarding call, your do-not-contact list, and your sign-off on the lead list and the copy by Day 10. After that, all you do is take the calls and tell us how each one went.
